Something not working, a question about your event, or a photo that should not be there. Write to us and a person reads it.
Write to us
It helps if you include:
- the link to the event, if your question is about one
- what you expected and what happened instead
- the phone or computer and the browser you used
We answer as soon as we can. We are a small operation, so please allow a few days.
Report a photo
Write to the address above with the link to the photo and what is wrong with it. You need no account to report a photo, and you do not have to be the host of the event.
If a photo is illegal, say so in the subject line. We delete such material as soon as we know about it, and where the law requires it we report the matter to the authorities.
Getting a photo removed
If you are the host, you can hide any photo in your event yourself, and delete the whole event with everything in it.
If you are a guest, you cannot delete your own upload, because uploading needs no account and there is nothing to prove it was yours. Ask the host, or write to us at the address above.
Your data
Your account screen changes your name and your language, and deletes your account. Deleting an account deletes every event you created and every photo in those events.
